SPPI is one of the leaders in the Preinsulated piping systems and the HDPE pipe extrusion in the Middle East. The plants have very advanced and sophisticated equipment. The fully automated Preinsulation pipe plant has an output of more than 200 m2 per hour and a maximum pipe size of 60”. The HDPE extrusion plant has an output of more than 1500 kg per hour and a maximum pipe size of 1200 mm. SPPI is also in the process of setting up automated welding machineries for the accessories used in the Preinsulated piping systems. In addition, the fully automated Preinsulation pipe plant can protect the steel pipe with FBE and 3 LPE against corrosion.
